Looking for an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? All-En Events, based in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This contractor position offers a chance to contribute to the success of our event operations while enjoying the flexibility of an independent contractor role.

What You’ll Do

As our Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our event equipment and materials are well-organized and ready to go. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Organizing and keeping the warehouse clean, efficient, and functional.
• Coordinating the preparation, packing, and return of event materials.
• Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting on stock levels.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations for all events.
• Create & Participate in Marketing videos, Equipment Support tutorials, & Instructionals.

Requirements: - Liability insurance is required for this contractor position. - Ability to invoice All-En Events bi-weekly for hours worked.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential!
