Role Description The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to support efficient and accurate product flow. This role coordinates shipping and receiving processes, monitors inventory levels, and ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to established standards. The coordinator organizes material handling operations, maintains accurate documentation, and works closely with internal teams such as logistics, production, and customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, assisting with cycle counts and stock reconciliations, and identifying process improvements to enhance productivity and safety. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound freight, verify documentation, and support timely order fulfillment. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, perform counts, and help prevent discrepancies and stockouts. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, share updates clearly, and document warehouse activities accurately. Candidates should possess Material Handling skills to safely move, store, and stage products using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles, familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems, basic data entry and Excel skills, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional vocational training or certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
