Location: Woburn, MA | On-site Schedule: 12pm - 8:30pm, Monday–Friday Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour About the Role Airport Courier Service (ACS) is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support dispatch and daily warehouse operations at our Woburn facility. You’ll help coordinate time-sensitive pickups and deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, and monitor active jobs. You’ll also assist with hands-on warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, pulling parts, preparing paperwork, and staging items for drivers. Dispatch and warehouse work are both regular parts of this on-site position, with daily priorities based on operational needs. What You Will Do Dispatch Enter and review pickup and delivery requests, confirming shipment details and customer instructions. Assign drivers and coordinate pickups and deliveries based on availability and shipment requirements. Monitor active jobs, follow up on shipment status, and communicate delays or changes. Respond to customer and driver questions by phone, email, and company systems. Maintain accurate job records and escalate service concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with other dispatch duties as needed. Warehouse Support Assist with shipping and receiving, checking incoming and outgoing items against shipment instructions. Pull parts, prepare shipment paperwork, and stage items for driver pickup. Review handling and delivery instructions with drivers before they leave. Help maintain inventory records, support inventory counts as needed, and keep work areas organized. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. What You Will Bring Clear written and verbal communication and strong customer service skills. Confidence with data entry and computer systems, along with the ability to learn new software. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize several shipments or requests. Willingness to move between computer-based dispatch work and hands-on warehouse tasks. Ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving shipments, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Experience in dispatch, logistics, courier services, warehouse operations, or customer service is helpful.
