About the Role
As a Package Handler, you will play an essential role in our warehouse team, ensuring that packages are unloaded, sorted, and loaded effectively and safely. You will be part of a supportive environment that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence, handling packages with care and precision.
Pay Rate: up to $19.50/hour
Available Shifts
Monday-Thursday:
• 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Friday-Sunday:
• 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Hours may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize safety by following all established safety protocols and procedures
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code
• Load delivery trucks for outgoing routes
• Assist with daily sorting and clean-up tasks in the warehouse
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and crates to move packages weighing up to 75 lbs
Key Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 75 lbs
• Reliable transportation within a 15-mile commute
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, demonstrating heavy lifting and working in fast-paced environments
• Valid work authorization and willingness to undergo drug and criminal background screenings
