We are hiring an Operations Associate to join our team in Garner, NC. Whether you’re early in your career or bring several years of warehouse experience, this is an opportunity to contribute to a high‑quality, regulated operation where accuracy, teamwork, and operational excellence matter. What You’ll Do Operations Associates support daily warehouse activities that keep our clients’ products safe, compliant, and moving efficiently. Responsibilities may include: · Performing a wide range of warehouse duties, such as receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and shipping, to achieve specific objectives and targets · Ensuring that all transactions and inventory movements are accurately recorded to maintain inventory accuracy · Utilizing various moving equipment (motorized and manual), hand-held scanners, zebra printers, tape guns, and shipping software to perform daily tasks efficiently · Repalletizing incoming pallet loads that have been compromised during transport or storage in accordance with safety protocols · Packaging outgoing parcels and pallets in compliance with written Work Instructions using approved methods and supplies to guarantee the safe and secure delivery of goods · Adhering to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all processes are executed consistently and efficiently · Following all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize the risk of accidents and injury · Maintaining cleanliness in medical devices and pharmaceutical warehouses through regular cleaning intervals to comply with industry regulations and to ensure a safe working environment · Performing other duties as assigned to meet business requirements and contribute to the team’s success.
