Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and inventory management, with plenty of room for professional growth and skill development. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process, package, and ship orders to meet customer requirements. Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using internal tracking systems. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or defects, ensuring high quality standards. Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and packaging. Optimize warehouse space by organizing items for accessibility and efficiency. Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory items. Participate in continuous improvement by offering ideas and feedback on warehouse procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Requirements: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (with appropriate support and safety practices). Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus , but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
