Warehouse Operations Associate (College Degree Required)

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time Location: In person at our warehouse on McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV About Us LumeKeebs is a Las Vegas e-commerce company that sells premium mechanical and gaming keyboards and accessories. We’re a small, growing team, and we’re looking for a dependable person to help run our warehouse. What You’ll Do Pick and pack customer orders accurately Check products and quantities before shipping Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup Receive and unload boxes and pallets, and check them against packing lists and purchase orders Inspect shipments for damage or count mismatches and report them Help with inventory counts, returns, and replacements Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher (required) Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Organized, with good time management Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to stand all day and lift [50] lbs Basic computer skills Preferred Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce experience Shopify, inventory, or shipping software experience Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx Small business or startup experience Ideal Candidate Dependable, organized, and proactive, and takes ownership of their work.
