Warehouse Operations Associate, B2B Wholesale

About the Role Every order we ship represents a promise to a client. Sometimes that order is going to a retailer preparing for a wedding or special event. Other times, it's something a client needs tomorrow. Either way, getting the right product out accurately and on time matters. At Bonafini Brands, our warehouse plays an important part in keeping that promise. The work done here supports our clients, our sales team, and the rest of the company. We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate who takes pride in doing things right, communicates well, contributes ideas, and wants to understand how their work connects to the entire operation. What Success Looks Like Success in this role comes down to three things: Reliable execution. You work accurately, stay organized, follow through, and respond with urgency when the business needs it. Strong communication. You communicate clearly in both English and Spanish and work well with the warehouse team, sales, accounting, and operations so information keeps moving. Team contribution. You understand that what happens in the warehouse affects the rest of the company and ultimately the experience we deliver to our clients. What You'll Own Deliver on our promise to clients. Pick, prepare, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. Keep communication moving. Ask questions when something is unclear, communicate issues early, and make sure important information reaches the right person. Keep inventory organized and ready. Receive, organize, and properly store incoming inventory while helping maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. Learn the operation, not just the task. Learn our warehouse flow, procedures, order systems, shipping tools, and how the warehouse works with the rest of the company. Step up when needed. Maintain a steady, productive pace and be flexible when priorities or business needs change. Contribute, don't just complete. Ask questions, share ideas, and bring what you've learned from past experience. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn and speak up. Who We're Looking For You'll probably do well here if you're the kind of person who notices when something is off, asks questions instead of guessing, and takes pride in leaving things better than you found them. We're especially looking for someone who is: Reliable and accountable Detail-oriented and organized Proactive and communicative Team-first and respectful Curious and growth-minded Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish Comfortable using everyday workplace technology, including email, Google Chat, simple spreadsheets, and inventory or order systems Able to learn company-specific tools such as OMS and UPS WorldShip with training Able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier packages as needed Available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional early starts or additional hours when business needs require it Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, stockroom, or other operational experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or GED preferred We're open to candidates from outside a traditional warehouse background if they bring strong work habits, communication, judgment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
