Warehouse & Operations Associate

Slabspace Sports Cards & TCGS is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on warehouse and office operations position focused on receiving inventory, packing and shipping orders, inventory organization, order processing, and general back-office support. Sports card or trading card experience is not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, organized, accurate, and willing to work hard. Responsibilities Receive and check incoming shipments Count and verify products against orders and packing lists Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Pick and pack customer and wholesale orders Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages Track incoming and outgoing shipments Update inventory and order information Perform basic data entry and spreadsheet work Keep warehouse and office areas clean and organized Assist with inventory counts Help with other daily warehouse and office operations as needed Required Qualifications Must be able to speak Chinese Must be fluent in English Reliable and consistently on time Strong attention to detail Organized and able to follow established procedures Comfortable performing repetitive tasks accurately Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheets Able to communicate clearly when there is a problem Willing to ask questions instead of guessing Takes responsibility for assigned work Looking for a stable, long-term position Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory, fulfillment, office administration, e-commerce, or order processing is preferred. Experience with sports cards, Pokémon, or other TCG products is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Able to stand and move around the warehouse throughout the day Able to regularly handle boxes and inventory Able to lift approximately 30–40 lbs when needed Schedule Full-time position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable long-term member of our operations team, not someone looking for a temporary job. Selected candidates may be asked to complete a short paid working interview before a final hiring decision. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
