Warehouse Operations Associate — Full Time Zephyrhills, FL Pay: $22 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Work location: On-site About the Position seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to help keep daily orders and warehouse tasks running smoothly. This is a hands-on position focused on picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, with additional responsibilities operating 3D printers, answering routine customer service emails, and keeping warehouse supplies stocked. Work is primarily performed sitting down in a fully air-conditioned warehouse. We ship small packages, with our heaviest outgoing packages weighing approximately 4–5 pounds. You’ll report directly to the owners and should be comfortable completing daily tasks independently while following established procedures and communicating when assistance is needed. What You’ll Do Fulfill customer orders: Pick the correct products, verify quantities, pack orders carefully, print shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. Operate 3D printers: Start print jobs, monitor progress, remove completed prints, replenish materials, and check finished items for quality using established procedures. Respond to customer emails: Answer routine questions about orders, shipping, tracking, and product availability using company guidelines. Keep supplies stocked: Monitor packaging materials and other warehouse supplies, placing routine reorders within approved limits. Receive and organize inventory: Check incoming deliveries, put products and supplies in their designated locations, and flag discrepancies. Maintain the workspace: Keep packing stations, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized. Communicate with the owners: Report shortages, shipping delays, equipment problems, and customer questions that require additional assistance. What We’re Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail, especially when checking products, quantities, and shipping information. Ability to stay organized and complete daily tasks without constant supervision. Comfort using computers, email, and learning shipping or inventory software. Clear, professional written communication. Willingness to learn basic 3D printer operation and company procedures. Comfort with primarily seated work and occasional standing, walking, bending, and moving items around the warehouse. Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, e-commerce, or customer service is helpful. Experience with 3D printing is a plus.
