Warehouse Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Enterprise customers around the world are deploying Apple and Samsung tablets and phones and are seeking to add professional bar code scanning and card transaction capabilities offered by KOAMTAC. Position Summary: This Warehouse Operations Assistant (Part-Time) position will primarily lead and support office and sales operation activities including: - Checking and stocking received goods - Picking, installing, packing and shipping daily sales orders - Enter shipment info to spreadsheet and ERP - Periodical inventory check in synchronization with the ERP and online store inventory - Receiving office shipments materials and interfacing with delivery companies - Provide basic sales and technical support Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, courteous and conscientious about themselves and their work product. He/she will value the opportunity to be part of a smaller company that is growing quickly and sees opportunity to grow with the organization. Minimum Associate’s Degree is preferred. Physical Qualifications - Able to lift packages of approximately 20lbs or less - Manual dexterity – working with small screws and light hand tools Part time: M-F 9:00am – 1:00pm Pay: $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
