Warehouse Operation Specialist (Bilingual Chinese-English)

- Data Provision: Gather and provide relevant logistics data, such as cargo volume, arrival times, and cargo information, verify receiving data through company system - Package Monitoring: Ensure all packages will be placed on shelves by third party contractors timely and accurately. - Data Organization: Collaborate with the different parties to organize and maintain historical data documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-archived. - Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure data accuracy and completeness, entering relevant information into the corresponding forms or databases. - Vendor Invoices: Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. - Correspondence and Documentation: Generate and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as needed. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
