Warehouse Operation Shift Leader and Reciving Inventory Control

Job Summary The Inventory Control Shift Leader is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and associated costs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution. 1) Ability to organize and categorize inventory systematically with attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of items. 2) Analyze inventory and trends to forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels. 3) Coordinate, lead, and manage review of all product labels and any internal and external promotional materials before final production to appropriate department personnel throughout the Company for approval and any modifications, if applicable. 4) Maintains and reports product conformance to formulations and verifies that all products meet specifications. 5) Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff, logistic teams, and other departments. Understanding of the importance of teamwork in maintaining efficient inventory control. 6) Efficient time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. 7) Must HAVE CURRENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE(SITTING AND STANDING) 8) Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and fluctuations in workload.
