Warehouse Office Operations Associate

Applicants must be interested in a career in operations/warehouse management, be able to function in a fast-paced work environment and have some basic computer proficiency. Experience with a food service distributor a big plus. There will be an emphasis on scheduling appointments, order entry and invoice processing. Job duties include: Scheduling incoming freight appointments and customer pick up appointments Order entry Checking purchase orders and vendor confirmations for accuracy Maintain communications with company drivers on the road and update sales staff on delivery ETAs Checking in drivers on return from daily routes. Assist company drivers with setting up their ELDs Assist warehouse supervisors checking incoming and outgoing shipments when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
