Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Office Agent to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will serve as the central point for managing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between inventory management, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment. Duties Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as AS400 and MRP systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately Perform data entry tasks related to shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management with precision using Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods for e-commerce and distribution channels Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move stock efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders, preparing documentation for trade compliance and international trade regulations Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock placement, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records Assist with packaging materials handling and order fulfillment tasks to ensure high-quality service standards are met consistently Experience Proven experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments with familiarity in warehouse distribution and inventory management software Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and trade compliance regulations Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, and inventory management tools such as MRP systems Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Excellent data entry skills coupled with customer service experience to support internal teams and external partners effectively Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment or international trade regulations is a plus Join us in a role where your enthusiasm for logistics excellence will help streamline operations while supporting our commitment to delivering outstanding service.
