Position: Warehouse & Materials Coordinator FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt General Classification: Full Time Salary: $22 - $24 / Hour Supervisor: AOR-3 Quality Assurance Lead Updated: September 30, 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and organization of Elevated Property Services' warehouse, shop store, and material supply chain. This position manages the receipt, storage, tracking, issuance, and delivery of materials, tools, equipment, and consumable inventory supporting the Commercial Maintenance, Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning divisions. The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring field personnel have the materials and equipment needed to perform scheduled work, preparing and staging materials for upcoming jobs, coordinating inventory replenishment, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. This position also serves as a key connection between the warehouse and field operations by delivering materials to job sites, maintaining service vehicle stock, assisting with fleet maintenance coordination, and working directly with Technicians, Supervisors, and Planner-Coordinators to anticipate and respond to material needs. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success in this position means the warehouse is organized, inventory is accurate, and field teams have the materials, tools, and equipment they need when they need them. Jobs are properly kitted before crews leave for the field, service vehicles remain appropriately stocked, and inventory purchases and issuances are accurately assigned to the correct property and work order. Materials are easy to locate, shortages are identified before they impact scheduled work, and tools and equipment are accounted for and maintained. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Manage the daily operation, organization, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse and shop store. Maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) library for all applicable materials stored or used by the division, ensuring SDS information is current, accessible, and properly organized, and verify that hazardous and flammable materials are appropriately labeled and stored in accordance with applicable safety requirements. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips. Identify and document damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete shipments and coordinate resolution with vendors. Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse inventory, shop-store inventory, shared tools and equipment, and materials stocked in company service vehicles.
