Warehouse Material Handler / Inventory Specialist

Title: Warehouse Material Handler / Inventory Specialist Location: San Diego, CA 92127 Duration: 0-6+ Months Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri (30-minute flexibility required) Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour Job Description: Handle, inspect, count, pack, and stage materials and finished goods for manufacturing and shipment. Handle temperature-sensitive materials stored in large-scale freezers, following storage and handling requirements. Perform inventory transactions, material issuance, receiving, and routine cycle counts using ERP systems. Verify and stage materials for manufacturing work orders and support QC sample validation. Assemble product boxes, pack finished goods, seal boxes, and prepare shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records, device history records, logbooks, and required training documentation. Perform packaging station setup, housekeeping, and warehouse activities while following safety and quality procedures. Requirements / Additional Details: Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or material-handling experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail for material inspection, counting, and QC activities. Reliable transportation required (nearest bus stop is approximately 3 miles away). Must be available to start within 1 week of receiving an offer.
