Warehouse Material Handler Helper/Driver
Arctic Air Services IncArctic Air Services, Inc has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Material Handler Helper/Driver. This position will ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are organized, inventoried, and delivered to job sites as required. The Warehouse Helper works under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor and collaborates closely with the logistics and field installation teams. Duties: · Responsibilities · Receive, unload, and inspect HVAC materials, equipment, and supplies upon arrival. · Safely store and organize inventory in designated areas within the warehouse. · Prepare, stage, and load materials and equipment for delivery to construction sites according to project schedules. · Assist in conducting routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records. · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety guidelines (training provided if necessary). · Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic facility upkeep. · Assist with the disposal or recycling of packaging materials and used equipment as directed. · Support the receipt and processing of returned items from job sites, including inspection and restocking or disposal as necessary. · Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. · Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and field operations. · Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Physical Demands and Work Environment · Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, stretch, twist or reach) for extended or intermittent periods of time. · Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.
