Warehouse Material Handler

Material Handler Department: Production Reports To: Plant Manager Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout the facility. Primary responsibilities include pulling materials from inventory for production, staging materials at the appropriate work areas, palletizing and preparing products for shipping, and loading and unloading trucks. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe forklift operation, good organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with production and shipping personnel. We are looking for someone who has worked in a busy warehouse or manufacturing facility operating forklifts and other related shipping machinery for five or more years.
