Warehouse Material Handler

Material Handler (Warehouse/Distribution) Responsible for supporting metals and industrial supplies distribution by moving and handling steel and other products using forklifts, overhead cranes, and related material-handling equipment. Key Duties Load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders. Verify material specifications and ensure correct order fulfillment. Assist with basic processing, including banding and packaging. Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization. Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes (or demonstrated ability to learn). Strong attention to detail for verifying materials and order accuracy. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-focused warehouse setting. Comfort with physical work and meeting on-time customer service expectations.
