We’re looking to enhance our team by welcoming a new Warehouse Material Handler to the Warehouse Team. The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods to support production and warehouse operations. This role involves picking and delivering raw materials to production, performing order picking and loading, receiving and storing inbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records using the Sage X3 ERP system. The Material Handler ensures proper stock rotation, conducts cycle counts, and upholds quality standards by checking inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage. In addition, this role contributes to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, adheres to all food safety and health & safety policies, and may be required to operate a 20-foot truck to transfer materials between facilities. The role: Pick raw materials based on ingredient list provided, accurately and in the most efficient manner. Deliver raw materials to production in a timely manner and work collaboratively with production staff to quickly resolve any discrepancies. Process production leftover ingredients back to the warehouse accurately. Lifting – raw materials and finished products. Loading – Efficiently move product from staging and / or storage areas into trailers. Inventory – keep appropriate records and reports, prepare cycle counts, follow FIFO / FEFO and ensure proper stock rotation. Track inventory using ERP system either through terminal entry or using RF scanning methods. Receiving/put-away – Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Quality – Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, report quality variances. Order picking – Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped; perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets operational standards. Safety, Sanitation, Security – Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse; conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Accountable for the safe & efficient operation of the vehicle. Perform company GMP practices and follow all GMP guidelines. Able to operate a shunt truck to transfer materials between facilities with required licensing.
