Warehouse Material Handler

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and material handling operations for the PM SHIFT . This position is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming materials and inventory. Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material handling equipment. Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. Tag, label, and document materials accurately. Perform inventory checks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors. Support warehouse operations and assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or other industrial equipment is a plus. Ability to learn and follow safe rigging and material handling practices. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions and shipping documents. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and warehouse conditions. Ability to safely work around heavy equipment and materials.
