Mach10 SolutionsAbout the Role As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient production workflows by safely operating industrial lift equipment. You will be responsible for the precise movement of materials, ensuring that production workstations remain stocked and operational to meet our daily output goals. Responsibilities Navigate industrial forklifts through high-traffic and confined plant areas to transport raw materials. Execute precise loading and unloading of materials at elevated heights to support seamless production flow. Conduct thorough safety inspections of equipment and materials to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and efficient material staging. Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and positioning items up to 50lbs, to assist in product preparation. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of one year of professional forklift operating experience. Proven ability to maneuver and back up trailers or similar equipment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong commitment to safety and a proactive willingness to learn new processes. Preferred Skills Proficiency in operating both sit-down and stand-up forklift models. Experience with reach truck operations in a warehouse setting. Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail when navigating tight spaces.
