Job Summary: The Processing/Manifest position ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by following established packing and shipping procedures, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily productivity goals. Core Duties & Responsibilities 1. Process customer orders for accurate and timing shipments. Follow all packing and shipping procedures for each order, including packing slips, carton labels, and required inserts. Verify order accuracy and ensure all required materials are included with shipments. 2. Inspect product packaging and cartons to ensure quality and appearance meet company standards. 3. Meet established daily productivity and accuracy targets for packages and products shipped. 4. Match POP materials and other required items to appropriate orders prior to shipment. 5. Prepare and process documentation for international shipments. Complete required customs forms and supporting paperwork. 6. Maintain adequate packing and shipping supplies. Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed. 7. Maintain an organized and clean processing area to support safe and efficient workflow. 8. Perform all job functions in accordance with company safety guidelines. 9. Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: Working knowledge of product line preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to lift 30–50 pounds. A valid driver's license is required to operate power equipment ** Preferred Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
