Warehouse Manager / Shop Mechanic Team Delta Property Restoration Team Delta Property Restoration is looking for a mechanically inclined, highly organized person to maintain our equipment and vehicles and keep our warehouse and contents storage areas clean, orderly, and efficient. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys fixing things, takes pride in an organized shop, and can identify what needs attention without waiting to be told. Responsibilities: Perform light vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and routine inspections. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair small equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, carpet cleaning machines, and other restoration equipment. Safely replace damaged plugs, cords, switches, and other serviceable components within your experience and training. Inspect and test returned equipment; clean and prepare it for the next job. Track maintenance, repairs, and equipment that needs outside service. Organize tools, equipment, parts, and supplies so employees can quickly find what they need. Maintain clean, accessible warehouse aisles, work areas, and loading areas. Keep customer contents and storage vaults organized, labeled, and accounted for. Monitor consumable inventory, maintain stock levels, and communicate purchasing needs. Help coordinate equipment checkout, returns, loading, and unloading. Identify damaged equipment, missing supplies, and safety concerns and follow through on corrections. Qualifications: Practical experience in automotive maintenance, small equipment repair, shop operations, or a similar hands-on role. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and confidence using common hand and power tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize work and manage daily responsibilities independently. Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership. Ability to safely handle the lifting and movement of equipment and supplies required for the position. Valid drivers license. Preferred: Experience with restoration equipment, carpet cleaning equipment, warehouse inventory, or forklift operation.
