Warehouse Manager – Spray Foam Insulation Distribution Company: Patriot Distribution & Coatings Inc. Location: Randolph, Massachusetts Employment Type: Full-Time Anticipated Start Date: Within the Next 2–4 Weeks About Patriot Distribution & Coatings Patriot Distribution & Coatings Inc. is a leading distributor of spray foam insulation equipment, chemicals, parts, and supplies. We serve professional contractors throughout the Northeast, providing quality products, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our approximately 30,000-square-foot distribution warehouse in Randolph, MA. This is an important leadership position for someone who can manage daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, lead warehouse personnel, and ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Our number-one requirement is strong, hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite. Candidates must be comfortable using NetSuite to manage inventory, process orders, track warehouse transactions, and support daily distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Oversee daily operations at our 30,000-square-foot warehouse, ensuring an organized, safe, and efficient working environment. Oracle NetSuite: Use NetSuite to manage inventory, process sales orders, track item fulfillments, support invoicing workflows, and maintain accurate inventory records. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, coordinate inventory counts, and maintain accurate inventory across warehouse locations. Order Fulfillment: Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, staged, and prepared for shipment or delivery accurately and on time. Receiving and Shipping: Oversee incoming shipments, verify deliveries, organize inventory, and ensure outgoing orders are properly prepared. Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse employees, coordinate daily assignments, establish expectations, and promote accountability and teamwork. Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment for loading, unloading, and moving materials. Safety and Compliance: Maintain warehouse safety standards, promote OSHA compliance, and ensure proper material handling and storage procedures. Delivery Coordination: Assist with delivery scheduling, loading vehicles, and coordinating outbound shipments as needed. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with management, sales representatives, drivers, customers, and warehouse staff through email, phone, text, and in-person conversations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall operational performance. Required Qualifications Oracle NetSuite Experience — MUST HAVE Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite in a warehouse, distribution, inventory management, or similar operational environment. Demonstrated ability to use NetSuite for inventory management, order processing, inventory transactions, and fulfillment workflows. Understanding of inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, stock transfers, and warehouse transaction processes. Ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate system records. Additional Requirements Valid DOT Medical Card. Clean driving record. Demonstrated forklift operating skills. Current forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe warehouse operating procedures. Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing at least 70 pounds. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and text communication. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute a reasonable distance to our Randolph, MA warehouse.
