Warehouse Manager – Livestream & Order Fulfillment Schedule: Must be available for ONE of the following shifts: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM Important: These are the only available shifts. The schedule is non-negotiable, and applicants must be able to consistently work one of these two time slots. About the Position We are looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to help oversee our daily warehouse operations, manage our packing team, and assist with our livestream operations. This is an active management position. We need someone who is comfortable taking initiative, keeping employees on task, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and stepping in wherever help is needed. Our warehouse works alongside livestream sellers, so this position requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Warehouse Management & Organization Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Make sure the warehouse stays clean, organized, and presentable throughout each shift. Ensure employees are completing their assigned responsibilities. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies, shipping materials, or other necessities are running low. Restock livestream stations with the appropriate squishies based on streamer requests and product needs. Keep warehouse supplies and products properly stocked and organized. Livestream Support Step in and take over livestreams when streamers go on scheduled breaks. Help keep livestream operations running without unnecessary interruptions. Restock streamers with requested squishies and make sure they have the products they need. Communicate with streamers to ensure their stations stay stocked and organized. Team Management & Order Fulfillment Supervise and manage the packing team. Make sure orders are being packed accurately and efficiently. Assist with packing orders when needed, especially during busy periods. Help distribute tasks and keep the team productive. Address day-to-day employee questions and minor operational issues. General Management Duties Take initiative and identify areas that need attention. Communicate supply needs, staffing concerns, and operational issues to company management. Ensure company procedures and expectations are being followed. Help maintain a positive, productive, and organized work environment. Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable managing and directing a team. A strong communicator. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and capable of working independently. Comfortable stepping in to assist with livestreams. Willing to get hands-on with packing, stocking, cleaning, and general warehouse duties. A natural problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. Previous warehouse, supervisory, retail, inventory, or management experience is preferred. What We Expect We need someone who takes ownership of their shift and treats the warehouse as their responsibility. This is not a position where you simply stand around and delegate tasks.
