Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated team environment focused on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate logistics operations with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal departments to streamline distribution center functions. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes to facilitate safe and efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities while maintaining a safe working environment. Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse layout for continuous improvement. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes to support operational transparency. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management systems (WMS), shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team management, managerial communication, and conflict resolution skills. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, RF scanners, heavy lifting techniques, and material handling equipment. Familiarity with OSHA standards, lean management practices, and e-commerce logistics is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
