Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary Lead daily warehouse operations and keep products moving safely and accurately from receiving through shipping. As a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, you’ll guide the team, coordinate logistics, maintain inventory control, and strengthen processes across warehouse distribution and distribution center operations. This hands-on role calls for warehouse experience, clear managerial communication, and the ability to operate material handling equipment. Heavy lifting may be required. Duties Direct and support team members across receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping and receiving. Oversee inventory management using inventory management systems and a warehouse management system; verify stock with an RF (radio frequency) scanner. Coordinate logistics, warehouse distribution, and daily warehouse operations to meet workflow and accuracy needs. Promote safe materials handling and forklift practices; follow applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean management practices to improve efficiency. Your impact: Accurate inventory and coordinated shipping help customers and internal teams receive the right materials when they need them. Skills Essential: Warehouse supervisor experience or comparable warehouse team leadership; team management and strong managerial communication. Essential: Inventory control, inventory management, warehouse management, and familiarity with inventory management systems and a warehouse management system. Essential: Warehouse experience, logistics, warehouse distribution, and shipping and receiving knowledge. Essential: Forklift and material handling equipment operation; ability to perform heavy lifting as required. Preferred: Microsoft Office skills and experience with process improvement, lean management, distribution center operations, and OSHA safety practices. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
