Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Order needed supplies for Field operation crews. Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective team management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems like AS400. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce safety protocols across all warehouse activities. Coordinate logistics for distribution center operations, including shipping schedules, carrier interactions, and delivery accuracy. Other duties include handling and setting up equipment repairs Other duties include handling and setting up truck and trailer repairs Small engine repair experience is a plus Welding experience is a plus Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials handling equipment operation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS), including RF scanners and AS400. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, heavy lifting procedures, and safety standards applicable to warehouse environments. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes and shipping & receiving procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and operating material handling equipment safely.
