Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary Blues Hog is seeking an organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on team accountability, productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. This role is responsible for directing employees, prioritizing workloads, monitoring performance, and continuously improving warehouse processes. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse employees, maintaining accountability for productivity, accuracy, and time management. Prioritize daily orders, delegate responsibilities, and ensure employees remain on task to meet shipping deadlines. Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Track and report warehouse productivity, order accuracy, inventory discrepancies, and overall performance. Organize warehouse layouts, product locations, and storage areas to improve workflow and efficiency. Maintain RF scanners, scanning systems, and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality. Oversee inventory accuracy, product handling, and adherence to warehouse procedures. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain efficient order fulfillment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Requirements Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees and hold teams accountable. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and warehouse operations. Ability to monitor performance, prioritize workloads, and improve operational efficiency. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties as needed.
