Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for our South Florida locations. The successful candidate will manage daily picking and packing operations, coordinate product receiving and ordering, maintain inventory across multiple locations, and optimize delivery routes and driver scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Oversee picking and packing of products for daily distribution to all store locations Manage receiving, verification, and storage of incoming inventory Handle product ordering and purchasing decisions in coordination with company needs Maintain accurate inventory management across the warehouse and retail locations Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconciliation Ensure proper product rotation and stock freshness standards Schedule, coordinate, and manage multiple daily delivery routes and drivers Optimize logistics and routing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with food handling and storage standards Required Qualifications: Proven experience in food warehouse management or food distribution Background working in a warehouse or logistics environment with food products Experience managing multi-unit or multi-location operations Strong organizational and inventory management skills Experience with route planning and driver coordination Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations independently Preferred Qualifications: Food service or gourmet food industry background Experience with food safety and compliance protocols Proficiency with warehouse management systems or inventory software Pay: $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
