Warehouse Manager/Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient material handling and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and proficiency in managing warehouse activities to support the company's logistics and supply chain objectives. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high productivity levels. Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation, utilizing inventory management systems. Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate movement of goods within the warehouse. Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Develop and implement procedures to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall performance. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to ensure clear understanding of operational goals. Skills Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision roles. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures. Effective managerial communication skills for coordinating with staff and other departments. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dynamic team while ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse functions critical to our business success. This is a production warehouse and time management is critical. Some weekends may be required depending on production and product demand.
