Warehouse Manager | 仓库经理 Warehouse Size: 20,000 sq. ft. 仓库面积： 20,000平方英尺 Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责 Manage daily operations of a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Supervise a small warehouse team, assign daily tasks, and adjust staffing based on order volume. Take a hands-on role in warehouse activities when needed to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Organize storage locations and maintain efficient use of warehouse space. Train employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, and safety practices. Monitor order accuracy, productivity, shipping deadlines, and labor costs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with OSHA requirements and company procedures. Coordinate with customer service, carriers, and other teams to resolve order and delivery issues. Experience managing a small to midsize warehouse preferred. Familiarity with receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) and basic spreadsheets. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and participate in daily warehouse activities when needed.
