Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary Lead safe, efficient warehouse operations from receiving through shipping. As a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, you’ll guide the team, coordinate logistics, and use inventory data to keep materials moving accurately. Your impact: Strong inventory control and clear team coordination help customers and internal partners receive the right materials on time. Responsibilities Oversee warehouse distribution, daily warehouse operations, and distribution center activities, including shipping and receiving. Manage inventory control and inventory management using inventory management systems, a warehouse management system, and radio-frequency (RF) scanners. Lead, schedule, and coach team members; communicate priorities, procedures, and operational updates clearly. Operate or oversee forklifts and other material handling equipment; promote safe materials handling and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean management practices to support accurate, efficient logistics. Communicate with manufacturers oversea to maintain adequate inventory levels Requirements Warehouse experience, including warehouse supervisor experience or comparable team leadership responsibilities. Experience with warehouse management, inventory management, and inventory systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to lead teams and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Forklift and material handling equipment operation experience; follow safe work practices when performing heavy lifting. Knowledge of warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, and distribution center operations.
