Warehouse manager/supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations ( B2B , B2C and e-commerce fulfillment )with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and uphold safety standards to support our company's growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive environment focused on teamwork, safety, and productivity. Coordinate the use of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other inventory management tools to track stock levels accurately. Oversee forklift operation and other material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse operations. Manage inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize distribution center operations and improve delivery timelines. Conduct regular audits of inventory, shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse layout for continuous improvement opportunities. Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and communicate effectively with upper management regarding operational status. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain management with a focus on process improvement. Proven track record in warehouse supervisor or manager roles with strong team leadership skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Skilled in operating forklift and other heavy lifting/material handling equipment safely. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and materials handling best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent managerial communication skills for team leadership, training, and coordination with cross-functional departments. Familiarity with lean management techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Strong understanding of distribution center operations including shipping & receiving procedures.
