Warehouse Manager Sales Support

Job Overview Mr Shades LLC is a leading wholesale distributor of sunglasses, hats and phone accessories to gas stations and truck stops in the southeast US. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support/Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee warehouse activities, coordinate sales support functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency. Your leadership will ensure seamless inventory management, transportation planning, and distribution operations, all while fostering a collaborative team environment. Duties Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Support Sales staff, ensuring the trucks are fully stocked for each day through effective team management. Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) for freight planning, fleet management, and logistics optimization across distribution channels. Develop budgets, manage P&L (profit & loss) responsibilities, and ensure cost-effective distribution operations Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong background in supply chain management, logistics management, and distribution operations with familiarity in transportation planning and freight management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent managerial communication skills and supervising experience. Hands-on experience with warehouse management Familiarity with budgeting practices, inventory control strategies, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management is highly desirable.
