This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, documentation, and day-to-day operational needs with minimal supervision. Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, warehouse management, or a closely related role. Responsibilities Manage the daily organization and operation of the warehouse Receive, inspect, count, document, and properly store incoming inventory and shipments Prepare, pack, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records for products, merchandise, promotional materials, signage, equipment, and supplies Conduct routine inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Track inventory distributed to employees, contractors, field representatives, events, and activations Prepare inventory and promotional materials for field teams, travel, pop-ups, and company events Maintain organized systems for incoming, outgoing, returned, damaged, and unused inventory Monitor inventory and warehouse supply levels and communicate replenishment needs Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment Coordinate deliveries, pickups, shipping schedules, and vendor-related warehouse needs Maintain organized company records, shipping documentation, inventory reports, receipts, and operational files Assist with scheduling, spreadsheets, reports, internal communications, and general administrative tasks Support onboarding and operational needs for contractors and field representatives Assist management with company projects, events, activations, and special assignments as needed Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions that improve organization and efficiency Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or warehouse management experience required Previous experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions and retain established processes Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Dependable, punctual, professional, and accountable Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments Ability to safely lift, move, and organize inventory and warehouse materials as required What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate takes initiative and can work effectively without constant supervision.
