We specialize in high-quality emergency response supplies, first aid kits, PPE, CPR training equipment, diagnostic tools, and a full range of hospital and home-care products, with a strong emphasis on competitive pricing, fast delivery, and outstanding customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations in our 20,000 square foot warehouse facility. This is a true working-manager position — you will directly supervise and work alongside a small team of three while also taking ownership of physical warehouse tasks, shipment coordination, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative processes to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, schedule, coach, and performance-manage a team of three warehouse employees while actively working on the floor with them
  • Perform hands-on duties including receiving goods, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and loading shipments
  • Oversee all inbound receiving, outbound shipping, carrier coordination, and logistics to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery across Canada
  • Manage invoicing, order processing, documentation, paperwork, and related administrative tasks with precision
  • Maintain optimal inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, reconciliation, and system updates
  • Keep the 20,000 sq. ft. facility clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant with health & safety and medical-product handling standards
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to boost productivity, reduce errors, and control costs
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues quickly and meet customer expectations
  • Monitor equipment maintenance, track key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive warehouse or distribution experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Proven ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform physical warehouse work on a daily basis
  • Strong practical knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, logistics, carrier management, and invoicing procedures
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move moderate weights in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a significant asset
  • Forklift certification, previous medical/healthcare supply chain experience, and a valid driver’s license are all considered strong assets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is a plus

Compensation

  • $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications), plus a competitive benefits package.

This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunity for growth in a stable, established company. If this sounds like the right fit, we look forward to receiving your application.
