Warehouse Manager – GrabBars.com Location: 648 Griffith Road, Charlotte, NC 28217 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $60,000 per year + up to $5,000 annual performance bonus Reports To: CEO About the Position: GrabBars.com, a growing national e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our small but mighty team of 4 warehouse employees in Charlotte, NC. We're looking for an exceptional leader who takes pride in building great teams, developing employees, maintaining high morale, and running a clean, organized, safe, and highly efficient warehouse. This is a working management position, not a desk job. The right candidate will actively participate in all aspects of warehouse operations, from directing employees and leading improvement projects to picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with our Office Manager as part of a collaborative leadership team. Both positions report directly to the CEO and are expected to work together to ensure smooth operations, strong communication, and continued company growth. We want someone who leads by example, earns the respect of their team, takes ownership, and constantly looks for ways to improve. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, train, and develop our team of four warehouse employees while building a positive, accountable team culture. Employee Morale: Foster a respectful, supportive, and productive environment where employees enjoy coming to work. Hands-On Operations: Actively participate in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking as needed. Warehouse Organization & Safety: Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, orderly, and well-organized warehouse. Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, staffing, productivity, and overall efficiency. Special Projects: Lead warehouse improvement projects, reorganizations, and operational initiatives from start to finish. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee cycle counts, and ensure proper product organization and handling. Daily Management: Set priorities, assign responsibilities, direct staff, and ensure daily operational goals are met. Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with the Office Manager to coordinate priorities, resolve challenges, and improve operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, solve problems, and implement better systems and procedures. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of warehouse operations experience required. 3+ years of direct employee management or leadership experience required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and improve operational efficiency. Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to work alongside employees. Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow managers and company leadership.
