Warehouse Manager – Full Ownership of Team & Facility (10 Direct Reports) PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This role is for an experienced manager who wants full ownership of a team and a facility. If you haven't held a manager role with direct reports, or you're looking for a job where you clock out when the shift ends, this won't be the right fit. ABOUT THE ROLES peedmaster, an aftermarket auto parts company since 1979, runs a highly automated warehouse in Rialto. Our systems are built and our team performs well, shipping around 200 orders a day. We're handing the reins to one person who will keep that standard, take over our projects, and own everything under the roof. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Your team: Lead a 10-person team day to day, keep performance and KPIs where they are, and develop your people. - Projects: Plan and run stock takes, cycle counts, and improvement projects from start to finish. - The facility: Own the equipment, including the forklift, conveyor, and other moving parts. If something leaks, breaks, or wears out, you spot it and get it fixed. - Compliance and safety: Keep the facility compliant, safe, clean, and organized. - Vendors: Manage relationships with the facility's vendors and service providers. - Reporting: Keep leadership informed on performance, projects, and facility needs. WHAT THIS ROLE ISN'T - Building systems or SOPs from scratch, because they're already in place - Running a 3PL -scale operation or unloading containers all day WHAT OWNERSHIP MEANS HERE This is a salaried role for someone who treats the facility as their own. Our workload has natural high and low periods. During peak season, such as the 4–6 weeks around Black Friday, expect to work six-day weeks. The same goes for the occasional weekend when a job needs finishing. YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE - 4+ years in a management role with direct reports - Experience owning a facility or operation, including equipment, maintenance, and vendors - Strong follow-through on projects - Comfort with KPIs, reporting, and basic inventory concepts Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Work Location: In person
