Warehouse Manager/Forklift Operator

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Manager DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Operations Manager EFFECTIVE DATE: SUMMARY: Responsible for operation of warehouse and fleet. Duties and Responsibilities: Warehouse Responsible for the organization of Vaults within the warehouse and other storage facilities Responsible for verifying the labeling and barcoding all contents placed within vaults Responsible for labeling of Vaults Responsible for weekly inventory and ordering of all Warehouse supplies Responsible to maintain the warehouse clean and organized Responsible to make sure all trash is collected and boxes recycled Responsible to prepare material for jobs Responsible to prepare Vaults for jobs Responsible to discard of non-salvageable contents upon approval Responsible to keep Warehouse safety per OSHA standards Responsible for maintenance on moving supplies and equipment Monthly maintenance of equipment Responsible for the organization of all content outside of Vaults Responsible to keep record and communicate to Project Manager damaged or broken contents Responsible to perform a monthly tool check for all technicians Vehicles Responsible for weekly management of all vehicles including maintenance and cleanliness Responsible for all maintenance and mechanical services on vehicles Responsible for set up of all new vehicles Responsible to report any major issues with vehicle to management Other Duties and Responsibilities: Actively update any communications/actions associated to any job in PSA (CRM Software) Upkeep company standard customer service Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
