Warehouse Manager — Florence Coffee Company
Location: Missoula, Montana

Florence Coffee Company is looking for an organized, dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and help keep our coffee shops stocked and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and place supply orders based on company needs.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities, condition, and accuracy.
• Organize products for safe storage, proper rotation, and easy access.
• Prepare accurate shop orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Monitor shortages, damaged products, and ordering discrepancies, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and address maintenance or pest concerns.
• Communicate regularly with shop leadership and management about supplies, deliveries, and changing needs.
• Train and support warehouse employees and hold the team accountable for company standards.
