Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our distribution center. This role is essential in ensuring efficient inventory control, process improvement, and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a thorough understanding of logistics and warehouse management systems to support our continued growth. Duties Oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards, including the production team. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs In addition to overseeing, also get orders ready to ship, help with receiving, barcoding, and must be good learning new computer software which manages deliveries. We use Perfect Fit and SPOT. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and inventory control techniques Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL (third-party logistics) partners for timely deliveries and shipments Skills Extensive experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management systems Proven team management and leadership abilities with strong managerial communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes Knowledge of SPOT and Perfect Fit a plus, we use this to manage our inventory. Knowledge of lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Ability to operate forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment safely Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations relevant to warehouse environments Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives This position offers an opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a dynamic team within a growing organization dedicated to operational excellence.
