Warehouse Manager

Behind every successful event is a warehouse that is organized, accurate, and ready to deliver. We are growing and looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead the team responsible for preparing materials, equipment, and shipments for events nationwide. This is not a typical warehouse job. The convention and event industry has natural peaks and valleys. There are times when things move fast, deadlines are tight, and the team must execute at a high level. We need a leader who can stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and do what it takes to get the job done when the schedule demands it. Our Three Pillars Accurate You believe details matter. What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse operations and warehouse personnel Ensure all event materials are picked, packed, staged, and loaded accurately Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Establish and maintain warehouse organization standards Create and improve warehouse processes and systems Conduct regular inventory counts and audits Work closely with operations, project managers, drivers, and leadership Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Help the team adjust resources and priorities during busy event periods What We're Looking For Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities High attention to detail Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Calm, steady decision-making under pressure Flexibility to shift gears quickly as business demands change Willingness to put in the time and effort required during peak event seasons Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics Forklift experience is a plus Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership Success in This Role Looks Like Orders leave complete and accurate Trucks leave on time Inventory can be trusted The warehouse is clean and organized Team members know what is expected and are held accountable The team performs well during both busy seasons and slower periods Customers and coworkers know they can depend on you If you are the type of leader who notices what others miss, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and can keep a team focused when the pressure is on, we'd like to talk with you.
