Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage the electrical and low-voltage parts and materials used by our field teams. This role handles receiving, inventory, storage, and shipments while working closely with the Purchasing Manager to keep needed materials in stock. Responsibilities · Oversee receiving, storage, organization, and distribution of electrical and low-voltage parts and materials. · Maintain accurate inventory records, track material movement, and monitor stock levels. · Support the Purchasing Manager with material needs, procurement coordination, and timely replenishment. · Prepare outgoing shipments and shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, and coordinate FedEx and freight deliveries. · Keep the warehouse clean and safe, follow company procedures, and maintain records and reports as needed. · Coordinate with purchasing, field teams, and vendors to ensure materials are available when needed. Qualifications · Warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management; management or logistics experience preferred. · FedEx and UPS experience ·Simpro experience is a plus · Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Purchasing experience and forklift certification are a plus. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. · High school diploma or equivalent. *Must be able to pass a background and MVR check Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
