FOSS Heating and CoolingWarehouse Manager $22.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | Mount Vernon, WA Monday through Friday | 7 am – 3:30 pm Foss HeatingCooling , a trusted provider of heating and cooling services in the Skagit Valley area since 1972, is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to independently oversee all daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment handling, and occasional job-site deliveries. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring physical activity throughout the day, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain an efficient, safe, and well-stocked warehouse while supporting our field teams. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and workflow. Maintain accurate inventory, including order tracking, returns, restocking, and monthly inventory counts. Perform regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Handle shipping and receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and materials preparation. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Stage, organize, and restock HVAC equipment, parts, and materials for field technicians. Coordinate and complete on-site materials deliveries as needed. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with OSHA safety standards. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and efficient. Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse productivity. Required Qualifications At least a year of warehouse experience, including inventory management and warehouse operations. Forklift operating experience. Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems. Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and proper materials handling. Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and stocking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management, reliability, and ability to work independently. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in shipping and receiving, HVAC, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
