Warehouse Manager New Berlin / Milwaukee Area Starting Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience TWS Remodeling is a growing residential remodeling contractor specializing in high-quality interior and exterior renovations. Behind every successful job site is a smooth, organized supply chain. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our facility, manage inventory and staging, and ensure our field crews and production managers have the exact materials and equipment they need, exactly when they need them. Position Summary As the Warehouse Manager , you will be the operational backbone connecting supplier deliveries to our active job sites. You will lead warehouse operations, maintain rigorous inventory control, stage and verify material orders for upcoming kitchen, bath, and exterior builds, and manage tools, fleet maintenance, and facility safety. If you take pride in order, logistics accuracy, and keeping crews equipped for success, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Inspecting incoming shipments, staging job orders for crews, and processing returns. Tracking stock levels, auditing consumables, and managing tool and trailer checkouts. Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while coordinating vehicle and forklift maintenance. Work with project managers and field teams to ensure materials reach job sites on schedule. What We’re Looking For A background in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management. Practical knowledge of residential building components (doors, windows, cabinetry, plumbing/electrical fittings, siding, and roofing supplies). Certified forklift operator (or ability to earn certification upon hire). Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and comfortably navigate a busy warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for disorganization. Proficiency with inventory/warehouse management systems and standard office software (spreadsheets, email, messaging tools).
