Warehouse Manager

Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels by executing regular cycle counts and communicating low stock levels with the purchasing team Manage and update stock locations for new and existing inventory Oversee shipping and receiving for all orders including fleet management, maintenance and scheduling for regular service and repairs Operations Management: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff Develop and enforce daily operating procedures Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct regular inspections and safety training Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs Implement new technologies and best practices to streamline warehouse operations Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in electrical or plumbing distribution Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
