Warehouse Manager / Operations & Sales Assistant Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional evenings and weekends for networking events, trade shows, and community events) Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, organized, motivated, and hands-on individual to join our growing HVAC company. This is much more than a warehouse position. You'll help manage our warehouse operations, support our field technicians, maintain our fleet, assist with purchasing and inventory, and represent Tiger Air & Heating at networking and community events. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, taking initiative, and helping wherever needed. ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock levels. Perform regular warehouse and office inventory audits. Gather materials for daily service calls and installation jobs. Receive, organize, and put away deliveries. Track company tools and equipment. Help maintain and update our Straight Forward Pricing Guide. Field Support Purchase, pick up, and return HVAC parts and equipment. Deliver parts and materials to technicians in the field. Assist technicians on service calls when an extra set of hands is needed. Coordinate with the office and field technicians to keep jobs running smoothly. Fleet & Facility Maintenance Stock company trucks and maintain truck inventory. Perform daily truck inventory updates. Complete weekly truck inspections, stocking, and washing. Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Ensure all dash cameras are properly positioned and visible. Keep the warehouse, parking lot, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Vacuum the warehouse and office as needed. Empty warehouse, office, call center, and breakroom trash each Friday. Help move equipment, security cameras, and company materials when needed. Set up and maintain company promotional items, including the Tiger Air inflatable. Sales & Marketing Support Generate new customer leads and assist with client acquisition efforts. Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events as a company representative. Set up and operate company event booths. Professionally interact with potential customers and collect leads. Assist with customer follow-up and other sales opportunities. General Responsibilities Perform additional operational duties as assigned. Help wherever needed to keep the company running efficiently. Qualifications Previous warehouse, operations, logistics, or inventory experience preferred. Sales or customer service experience required. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or construction experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal transportation. Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and inventory systems. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for company events. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual.
